You should also get a smaller pair of pliers with a narrow end so that you can work in tight spaces. A pair of pliers with a wire cutter built in is something you should also add to your collection.

One of the most common problems that will arise in a home is problems with the plumbing. For that reason, this home repair guide recommends that you have a good plunger. In fact, you may want to get both a sink plunger and a toilet plunger so that you have all your bases covered. You may be surprised how many plumbing problems can be fixed by thorough plunging.
