First I would recommend researching what size pent shed you're looking for and what you can accommodate; then focus on how money to spend.  The least expensive pent shed is made of wood; the expensive pent sheds are mainly made up of plastic; and metal sheds that can be reasonable for your wallet if you're not looking to spend on the high end.  

Think about location, where you would like to place this pent shed and what exactly you're going to use it for, this also plays a huge part in deciding what material type of pent shed you need to go with. Maintaining your shed is another thought that should cross your mind, if you're not spending on the high end with purchasing a metal or plastic pent shed you can expect to apply an abundance of upkeep and possibly more money on securing the longevity of the shed verses using metal or plastic for a much lower and less maintenance outcome.

A positive quality about having a pent shed is the design of the roofing. The roofing on a pent shed has a slight slope and is almost flat in shape, this will ensure that rain drains off the roof and prevents any damage such as rusting or light deterioration.

Erecting a pent shed is very important, you must know that wherever you choose to position your shed it must have a sturdy and leveled off base because you don't want the shed to slip or the base to rot, so have a foundation made for your pent shed, the best type of base is made from concrete.

Measurements for creating the right size base is also vital, be sure to clean or clear away any debris, soil, dirt, or plants where the shed is going to be placed and concrete poured. Make sure you have help when erecting the shed, and if you choose to go with a wood shed you will need to put at least two coats of wood stain on the wooden areas for protection against harsh weather and rain!
