For the longest time, pools were only to be used when the weather was warm, but that was before pool heaters and solar panels came along. Pool heaters run on natural gas, for the most part, and they are quick to heat up your pool. They work similarly to hot water heaters, which heat up all of the water in your house for showers and baths. The difference is that they don’t require nearly as much power because you are not turning the temperature up nearly as high. Pool heaters can be very expensive, or you can get a more basic one that does not cost nearly as much. The key is to pick out the perfect heater for your particular pool.
Solar panels are a bit of a novel concept and they are a more energy efficient way to heat up your pool. These go on top of your house and they absorb the heat in order to transfer it towards the water. This has long been one of the most basic principles of energy, but it is now being applied to your pool. If you are into warm water, then this could be the thing for you.
