I don't know if anyone else has had raccoons but they are possible the dirtiest, stinkiest, nastiest creatures on Around. Even the babies that are extremely cute, spray some foul liquid that smells terrible. So basically what I'm saying is I can relate to item #3! Last year, we did not take the steps to winterize our home and definately paid the price. After a few hard freezes, our pipes froze and burst plus the cold wind rattled through our home because we didn't have a good seal on the windows. We were able to fix the pipes but our seal was unable to be fixed and our windows needed to be replaced. We lucked out and used a fantastic<a href="http://www.4feldco.com" rel="nofollow">Wisconsin window replacement</a> company. Hopefully we will have a smoother winter this year. So if you don't want to suffer through this winter tale this year, I recommend following these winterizing steps. Believe me, he knows what he's talking about!
