When working with wood working tools or power tools do not forget to wear safety glasses. There are many low cost models including Bifocal Safety Glasses made for those of us age 45 or more who need reading glasses but also need safety glasses.

These work great because the reading glasses part is low on the lense so you can look over them normally but tilt your head back a bit and look through the bottom section and things snap into focus.

Its wonderful to not have to constantly change from safety glasses to reading glasses and back again when you are working on a project out in the shop.

The bottom line is always wear safety glasses when working power tools or any tool that could cause something to fly up into your eye.
